Before you book
What happens at the inspection?
We walk the roof, photograph the shingle field, every penetration, the flashings, valleys, gutters and soft metals, and check the attic where access allows. It takes about 45 minutes and you get the photo report whether or not you hire us.
Do I need to be home?
It helps but it is not essential for the roof itself. We do need access if you want the attic checked, and we would rather walk you through the photos in person than email them cold.
Will you pressure me into filing a claim?
No. If your roof does not have damage worth claiming we will say so, and you will have documentation on file confirming its condition. Talking people into claims they do not have is how roofers get themselves and their customers in trouble.
