How much does a new roof cost in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
Most DFW roof replacements are paid through a hail or wind insurance claim rather than out of pocket, in which case your cost is your deductible. For an uninsured replacement the price depends on square footage, pitch, shingle line and how much decking needs replacing. We give a fixed written figure after the inspection.
Do you charge for a roof inspection?
No. Storm damage and pre-claim inspections are free with no obligation, and you keep the photo report whether or not you hire us. If your roof is fine we will tell you that. We would rather be the company you call in three years.
How fast can you get to a roof leak?
Same day across Justin, Northlake, Argyle, Roanoke, Haslet and north Fort Worth, and often within the hour. Tell whoever answers that water is entering the house and the call is prioritized ahead of routine inspections.
Do you handle the insurance claim, or do I?
We handle it. Filing, meeting the adjuster on the roof, reading the Xactimate estimate with you, filing supplements when the scope falls short, getting your mortgage company to endorse the check, and closing the claim out so your depreciation is released.
