I had a small leak in the roof from one of the vents. I called Dimensional Pro and Jimmy was at my house within an hour and went up in the pouring rain in order to temporarily fix the leak. He noticed that the roof was severely damaged from a hail storm a year ago and suggested that I file an insurance claim. I did and the help I received working with the insurance company from dimensional was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable owners and employees to help get the claim processed. We had a baby in the middle of the process and we were really surprised with the way they were able to accommodate that and to finish the roof within the two days we were in the hospital. I have more nice things to say but I feel this will suffice. I highly recommend this company.
