"Water is coming through the ceiling"
Emergency tarping and leak repair. If water is coming in during a storm, tell us when you call and we will prioritize it. We can usually tarp an open roof the same day, then trace the leak to its source and fix it properly.
"A storm just came through"
Storm damage inspection. Hail damage is hard to see from the ground. We inspect every slope, gutters, vents, siding and screens, photograph the damage, and tell you whether it is worth an insurance claim. If it is, we help with the claim from start to finish.
"Shingles are in the yard"
Roof repair, or a storm claim. A few wind-lifted shingles can often be replaced. If wind damage is spread across the roof, it may be an insurance claim.
"The roof is getting old"
Roof inspection, then replacement if needed. If your roof is past 20 years or showing curling, cracking or granule loss, an inspection tells you how much life it has left. Replacements include a full tear-off, new flashing and vent boots, leak barrier and balanced ventilation.
"The upstairs is always hot"
Attic ventilation check. Poor ventilation raises cooling bills and shortens shingle life. It is usually fixed during a replacement, sometimes on its own.
"Our building has a flat roof that ponds water"
Commercial roofing. We repair and install TPO and modified bitumen roofs, and apply restoration coatings on roofs that qualify after a moisture survey.
"We manage a complex or an HOA"
Multi-family roofing. Building-by-building assessments, phased replacements and a single point of contact.
"The gutters overflow"
Gutter repair or seamless gutter installation. Often the fix is cleaning and re-pitching. If they are undersized, dented or leaking, new seamless gutters sized for North Texas rain.
"The siding, paint or fence took a beating"
Siding, exterior painting and fencing. If a storm damaged them, they usually go on the same claim as the roof.
