Curtis is really professional and helpful! The new roof and gutters look great! He explains everything clearly, works with your schedule and gets the job done on time. Jimmy and his crew were awesome. Three days after a hailstorm he met with my adjuster and two days later the new roof was complete. Everyone was very professional and they did an amazing job of cleanup when they were complete. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Jimmy and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof. Had significant hail damage that required roof replacement. New roof was installed faster than anticipated, looks beautiful and they cleaned up around the job site. Throughout the process they were on site, answered any of our questions and made sure everything was done correctly. I am happy with the final product and recommend this company wholeheartedly!!

I had a roof leak so I called Dimensional Pro and Jimmy showed up. He jumped on my roof and after a few minutes of inspecting my roof he was able to find where the leak was and also advised me of the hail damage that I did not know was there. He was able to patch it. He assisted me with filing the claim and walked me through the process. The day my roof was put on he was there from beginning to end and everything went as he explained it to me. Thank you Jimmy and Dimensional Pro. I cant say how much I appreciate how they work around my schedule and needs. I’ve seen many companies put themselves in front of their customers. Mr. Barrett and his men put your needs first. In this time, it’s hard to find someone you can trust. This is one time I can truly say the work out did my expectations.

Just wanted to take a moment and put in a good word for Jimmy Barrett and DPC. After the storms last night, we ended up with a small leak in our roof that was causing water to drip into living room. My wife and I contacted him this morning and he was able to make it to the house by noon. After a quick review of the area around the leak, he discovered and addressed the problem. Bottom line, he had the entire problem resolved in under 30 min. With the many roof issues we have had over the years(thank you North Texas), this was by far the easiest and most professional experience we have had. If you have any issues like this, make him your first call.

In March, I saw a post on Nextdoor about Dimensional Pro Construction replacing a neighbor’s roof due to hail damage last spring. I reached out to Jeanette & Jimmy Barrett to see if they could take a look at our 14 year old roof, and I’m so glad I did. Sure enough, we had damage as well, and the replacement of our roof and gutters was covered by our insurance. I wanted to add my experience with Jimmy and his team to let others know what an excellent company they are.

The entire process was seamless on our end. Jimmy worked with our insurance and took care of all the necessary legwork. He was reassuring and knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns. His team did a fantastic job – they were professional and respectful while working on our home, and each one I spoke with directly was incredibly polite and accommodating to my requests. I was also surprised at how well they cleaned up our yard after finishing.

Jimmy did an amazing job managing and coordinating and working with us. We were so impressed with him and his team working on our roof and gutters, we asked them if they could also do our exterior painting as well.

I had a small leak in the roof from one of the vents. I called Dimensional Pro and Jimmy was at my house within an hour and went up in the pouring rain in order to temporarily fix the leak. He noticed that the roof was severely damaged from a hail storm a year ago and suggested that I file an insurance claim. I did and the help I received working with the insurance company from dimensional was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable owners and employees to help get the claim processed. We had a baby in the middle of the process and we were really surprised with the way they were able to accommodate that and to finish the roof within the two days we were in the hospital. I have more nice things to say but I feel this will suffice. I highly recommend this company.

After going through a HUGE headache and being scandaled by a different roofing company, I contacted Jimmy Barrett with DPC. He and Jeanette walked us through the entire process, kept us up to speed on our claim, and allowed us to sit back and relax. After spending 8 months with our previous contractor, Jimmy and DPC was able to get us a brand new roof within 2 weeks! On top of that, he didn’t just “disappear” after the job was done. He maintained contact to make sure we were completely satisfied and taken care of. They also cleaned up afterwards and you literally would have zero clue that my house was a construction zone. It’s like it never happened (minus my awesome new roof). Customer for life, right here! They are revolutionizing this industry. Look out and move over roofers!!!!!!

They went above and beyond with everything! I can not say enough amazing things about Brandon and his team, they walk you through every step of way and have amazing communication. I had them come out to do a free inspection and within a week I had completed new roof.

I called and left a voicemail for a roof repair on a Saturday afternoon. I was called back in 5 min. Jimmy said he would be to my house in 20 min to take a look and he arrived early. He promptly found the leak and made the repair for a price that I thought was more than reasonable. He earned my trust for a shot at future business.

If I had another roof to have done, I would use Dimensional Pro Construction again! Curtis, Jimmy and Mark explain the process, document everything the insurance company would need to review to maximize your claim, and negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf. They had the new roof on within a week, and even spent 6 extra hours on the job scraping the 4 old layers of felt we had on our roof so the job would be done right! The new roof, fascia, and paint, makes it look like a new house! I’d highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
